Founded in 1993, by Jun Takahashi, a fashion designer.
Rei Kawakubo, a fashion designer who created the brand Comme des Garcons, became Jun's mentor and persuaded him to come to Paris. 
Colette(selected store in Paris) liked his clothes so much that they asked Jun Takahashi to present his 1998 collection "Exchange" in their store.
UNDERCOVER has collaborated with Nike(Undercover Gyakusou) and Uniqlo.
Jun Takahashi says, “the design of UNDERCOVER is between the mode tastes and the street ones”.
