CONDITION RANK

• We grade the condition of our merchandise using the following rankings: S, A, B, and C.
  In addition, any defects are shown in the photos.
• S — Unused
• A — Almost Unused, Like new
• B — Good condition used (There may be a little stain and scratches)
• C — Used (There are dirt and scratches)
• Please note that attachments such as bags, shoe boxes, etc. are not included in the condition ranking.
• In some cases, A-rank items may have been repaired (e.g., hemming, etc.).

PAYMENT

• ・Payment methods and available currencies vary by country.
• ・We accept major credit cards and local payment methods depending on your region.

PRICE

• ・Prices are displayed in your local currency.

STOCK

• ・We also sell our merchandise through domestic Japanese stores and marketplaces simultaneously.
• ・In some cases, we may be unable to fulfill your order if the item sells out in another channel.

SIZE

• ・We list the actual measurements in the “Measurements” section on each product page.
  (For items with complex designs, approximate measurements are provided.)

RETURN POLICY

• ・We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
• ・If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
• ・If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and return it within 7 days.
• ・Returns sent without contacting us in advance will not be accepted.

DUTIES & TAXES

• ・Duties & Taxes are either prepaid or calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country.
• ・Local taxes, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
• ・No additional charges will be applied upon delivery when DDP is available.
