Founded in 1990, by TSUMORI CHISATO, a Japanese fashion designer.
Tsumori Chisato joined ISSEY MIYAKE inc. in 1977 and became a designer of “ISSEY SPORT”.
In 1983, which was changed to “IS.Chisato Tsumori Design”, and she became a chief designer.
TSUMORI CHISATO is based on a feature which has a large following simply for her wonderful prints.
TSUMORI CHISATO belongs to A-net Inc. (ISSEY MIYAKE group) and other brands, such as Zucca, mercibeaucoup, are also the brands in the same company.
