3. Input personal information Please input necessary information in input form certainly and please read note.
4. Password management(1)Only the person who our member can use password. Can't use the third party.

(3)Member takes full responsibility (payment etc, ) that use password.
Section3(Change)1. Please let us know soon when you change name, address after registration.
2.Please note that we do not take responsibility or liability for damage in case member doesn't tell us changing name, address
Please pay attention that if you order before telling us new information, we will send old information.
Section4（Quit）Please do by yourself when you quit. You van quit after procedure.
Section5(Losing membership and damage obligation)1. We can cancel if you make a false declaration when registering, refuse to pay, and we regard inappropriate as a member.
2. Member has responsibility to compensate damage if member do below.
(1)Using member's number, password illegally.
(2)No person shall engage in an act of unauthorized computer access.
To interfere with our business(To send virus, harmful program)
(3)Don't do infringement of intellectual property rights about our marchandise.

Section6(Privacy Policy)1. We doesn't release personal information to the third person without member's agreement.
We will release personal information as an exception;
(1)In case we are required to release personal information under the law.
(2)In case we need to release personal information to protect our company's right, benefit, honor.
2.We manage personal information in compliance with our protection of personal information.
Section7(Prohibitions)We prohibit member the following when member use.
1.To do against the notes when you use, buy, and the rules.
2.To harm for our company or the third person's right, profit and honor.
3.To do it may adversely affect the mind and body of youth, against public order and morals.
4.To do nuisance for other user and give other user a sence of displeasure.
5.To register false information.
6.To send or write harmful computer program or E-mail
7.No person shall engage in an act of unauthorized computer access.
8.To assign or share own passward to the thurd person.
9.We regard inappropriate
Section8(Stopping service)1.Our service is subject to stop without any notice if caused the followibg.
(1)In case doing system maintenance to protectour system.
(2)In case consentrating access to our system,
(3)In case it's difficult to use service by fire, black out, attacking by the third person.
(4)In case we dicide to need to stop service.
Section9(Changing, Stopping our service)Our service is subject to stop or change all of sysytem or part of system without any notice if caused the following when we need.
Section10(Exemption from responsibility)1.We will not bear full responsibility for damage or deliting date by system error, unauthorized computer access.

Section12(Governing law, the District Court)In case causing dispute about our Terms of Service, it shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive primary jurisdiction with respect to all disputes arising with respect thereto.
