Are all of your products genuine?

• Yes, we have been buying and operating clothing for over 25 years.

  We have knowledge, and we check the items one by one carefully before selling.

Will you restock the item that already sold out?

• We are not sure when we can re-stock the same items, becase all itmes are second-hand ones.

  In addition, we do not currently have the facility to let you know if or when an item is due back in stock.

What is the returns or exchange policy?

• Basically, we can not accept return or exchange for any reason.

  (*If you receive defective items, please contact us in 2 days after receiving.)

Is it included customs or import duties in the total?

• No, it is not.

  Any customs or import duties are not included in shipping fee or a list price.

  (*We can not undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift)

How much do I have to pay customs or duties?

• The fee is depending on where you live, because customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

  Therefore please contact your country's office if you have any questions about customs or duties.

How much is the shipping cost?

• Free shipping on any orders over $200USD or $30USD flat rate for regardless of location.

What shipping methods do you use for my orders?

• We use EMS, DHL, Fedex and UPS.

  The shipping method is depending on where you are located.

Do you ship to my county?

• We ship anywhere all over the world, but some countries are not in the serviced area.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

What payment methods do you accepet?

• We accept Credit cards(VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover), PayPal, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay.

  
  

  For credit cards payment, we adapt the 3-D Secure for protecting transactions.

  *Even if your card does not allow the 3-D secure system, you can pay by card through PayPal or Apple Pay.
